Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with inquiries related to the products sold, processing orders, and resolving issues. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide knowledgeable and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding products, compatibility, maintenance, and maintain snacks and beverages for customers.
· Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining calendar, and processing returns or exchanges.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and their specifications to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
· Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working to find satisfactory solutions.
· Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and feedback on CRM system.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and warehouse teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, must be able to multi-task, particularly in a product-related field.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
· Spanish speaking is a strong plus, but not required.
· Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
· Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using customer service software and CRM and POS systems. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Gmail,). Excell is helpful but not mandatory.
· Attitude: Positive, patient, and proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Ability to take constructive criticism.
