Accounting Associate Needed – Aerospace Manufacturer in Buena Park

Duration: 2–3 weeks with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18–$20/hour (DOE)

We’re seeking an Accounting Associate to support a leading aerospace manufacturer. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door — with potential for temp-to-hire after 90 days!

Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and tracking using Excel
Process and record A/R transactions (bills, invoices, payments, deposits)
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with clients on billing issues and follow up on outstanding invoices
Generate A/R status reports and maintain accurate records
Participate in special projects and reporting as needed
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years experience in accounting or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and accounting software
Skills & Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional communication skills
Able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Maintain a basic understanding of company products and services

Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 20 lbs
Use of hands and all five senses required
