🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ Experience operating industrial machinery (film/paper converting, rewinding, bottling, or food manufacturing equipment) is a BIG plus!)
✔️ Manufacturing background preferred — take pride in what you produce
✔️ Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
✔️ Ability to follow setup guides, formulations, or recipes
✔️ Experience using ERP systems or computers to manage work orders & product checks
