Lijador / Gel Coating - Fibra

The Finish Department takes Fiberglass Fabricated Parts and checks them for gel coat (paint) and lamination irregularities and then repairs the parts via grinding/sanding down the areas effected, applying bondo and/or paint, and then re-surfacing to an acceptable finish through sanding and buffing out effected areas.

Skills/Qualifications Required:Fiberglass part finish and repair experience, ability to follow instructions, time management skills, ability to work well with others, safety and environment consciousness.

El Departamento de Acabados revisa las piezas fabricadas de fibra de vidrio para detectar irregularidades en el gel coat (pintura) y laminación. Posteriormente, las repara mediante el lijado y pulido de las áreas afectadas, la aplicación de masilla y/o pintura, y finalmente, las recubre hasta obtener un acabado aceptable mediante el lijado y pulido de las áreas afectadas.

Habilidades/Cualificaciones requeridas:
Experiencia en acabado y reparación de piezas de fibra de vidrio, capacidad para seguir instrucciones, gestión del tiempo, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y concienciación sobre la seguridad y el medio ambiente.
