COMMERCIAL SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a motivated salesperson to help grow our electrical service division throughout Orange County and Los Angeles.

What we’re looking for:
• Someone comfortable networking and creating relationships
• Self-motivated and driven
• Experience in construction, electrical, property management, or service sales is a plus
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
• Find new commercial service opportunities
• Connect with apartment communities, property managers, facilities managers, and commercial buildings
• Generate leads for:

Panel upgrades
EV charger installations
Multimeter panel upgrades
Commercial lighting projects
Electrical troubleshooting & service work
• Follow up with customers and help coordinate walkthroughs/estimates
Commission-based opportunity with strong growth potential.
