The Human Resources Director will provide hands-on leadership for the HR team and support the 200+ employees served. The Human Resources Director must be able to plan and organize department priorities and job functions at a high level and be able and willing to complete day-to-day HR functions as needed. They will provide consultation to directors and supervisors in general personnel administration and participate in the leadership and operations teams. The HR Director will work from the administrative office in Eugene or remotely. If working remotely, they will need to live within 30 miles of the Salem or Portland office. Occasional travel and work from various Options locations will be required. Options can
