What you will do: The Sales Training & Development Manager will work cross-functionally with Category Management, R&D, Consumer Insights, and Marketing teams to design and implement training to equip TCCA sales employees and brokers to tell the Tillamook Story and have deep product and category knowledge. Additionally, the role will own driving a larger understanding of business acumen across the sales organization, to include financials.
