Solution Architect

Solution Architect w/ Red Hat, Inc. U.S. Remote. Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S. Gather customer reqs & create bus solutions based on Red Hat products & work w/ the sales team through every step of the sales process. Provide Red Hat sales teams w/ the expertise needed to successfully compete w/h other products to solve complex bus solutions. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Comp Sci, Info Tech, Electronic Engg or rel field & 3 yrs of exp in the job offered or rel role. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/ UNIX or Linux systems. Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: open-source cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions; on premises cloud technologies, incl OpenShift; Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) & container technologies; OpenShift or Kubernetes deployment & maintenance; & interpreting customer bus & tech needs & explaining tech concepts to non-tech audiences.
