Job Type: Full-time WITH Benefits

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to ensure alignment with company goals.
Supervise and oversee all millwork operations, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Implement best practices in millwork to enhance quality and efficiency.
Address and resolve any millwork-related issues promptly.
Establish and maintain high standards for product quality throughout the production process.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and outputs.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and workers.
Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety training.
Perform safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Manage the production budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
Ensure effective utilization of resources, including machinery and manpower.
Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering is a plus, however, relevant work experience is required.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management, with a focus on the window and door manufacturing industry.
Significant experience in millwork operations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
