Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and automation systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machinery, PLC-controlled systems, and electrical components, ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair production machinery, CNC machines, conveyors, packaging machines, and robotic equipment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize production downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and document maintenance activities using CMMS.
Diagnose and repair electrical components including 3-phase motors, VFD drives, relays, limit switches, transformers, and control panels.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI control panels.
Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA safety procedures.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and electrical schematics.
Hands-on experience with motors, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and logic control systems.
Experience performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Familiarity with NEC standards and facility safety procedures.
Basic computer literacy for documentation and CMMS usage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Industrial Electricity or Electrical Maintenance.
Experience with robotics and automated material handling systems.
Ability to mentor and train junior technicians.
