Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator – 2nd Shift

Location: Bloomington
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (plus OT)
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This role is vital in supporting the daily administrative and logistical functions related to inbound receiving paperwork and outbound load manifesting. You will also assist with dock operations and help ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage inbound and outbound shipping documentation
Perform dock checks to verify loading and unloading activities
Assist in reporting OSD (Overages, Shortages, and Damages)
Update and print unloading reports regularly
Communicate and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment preferred
