Guest house for rent in nice and safe area of Riverside , that will be available to move now. I am looking for someone that has a solid job and no problem paying the rent on time. This person should also be friendly,but most importantly RESPECTFUL and CLEAN. The guest house is $1,500 a month, including all utilities, internet , refrigerator ,wood floor , A/C unit with an $800 deposit.
