$1500 : Nice and Cozy Studio (Fontana)

My husband and I would love to share our nice and cozy mini studio with private entrance. This mini studio will suit someone who enjoys privacy. It is fully furnished with 50 inches ROKU tv for streaming and Netflix, decent size closet, fridge, microwave, mini stove and a new queen size bed, small sofas and small dining table for two and ac/heater unit. There's a nice park behind our house and lots of nice walking trails close to nature for relaxation and exercise. It is also very close to grocery stores such as Stater Brothers, Target, Starbucks , Thai, Mexican, and Chinese food, Shopping centers such as Victoria Gardens 6:1 miles, Ontario Mills Mall 11miles. We are located at quiet and nice neighborhood of Southridge Fontana.
