University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI) at Sac State is seeking a Liaison/Instructor for the Division of Social Work's Title IV-E program. Title IV-E provides professional education and monetary support to undergraduate and graduate Social Work students who intend to pursue or continue a career in the field of public child welfare. Title IV-E program goals are to increase the number of Public Child Welfare(PCW) workers in California with bachelor's and master's degrees in social work, to prioritize the enrollment of current state/county/tribal social services staff, to prioritize the enrollment of students who reflect the diversity of California's child welfare population, to provide specific program support through the provision of monetary support to students, and to provide specific program support through a specialized competency-based child welfare curriculum. UEI offers an excellent benefits package which includes: UEI contribution to a TIAA retirement plan after one year of service Paid Vacation Time – starting at 10 hours accrued/month Paid Sick Time – 8 hours accrued/month Paid Holidays – 13 paid holidays per year including paid time off the week between Christmas Day and New Year's Day as the CSUS campus is closed plus 1 personal holiday. Position Overview: The position promotes the values of the public, regional, comprehensive, metropolitan university. The position serves as a Faculty Field Liaison and Lecturer in support of the Title IV-E MSW stipend program. In addition to contributing to teaching and learning, participation in service with community partners and the university. This position receives general direction from the Program Director/Project Coordinator. Duties & Responsibilities: The Liaison/Instructor develops appropriate placement sites for IV-E students by performing placement planning reviews for incoming students and matching of student
