POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION
The purpose of this task order is to provide Overhead Production and Management Support for the 523rd & 526th Electronics Maintenance Support Squadrons at Hill AFB.
Essential Job Functions
The employee shall provide Project Tracking for up to 90 projects managed across multiple government project managers. The employee shall maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders, customers, internal teams and senior management, regarding project status and progress. The employee shall deliver regular Project Status Updates via the MS Teams channel, ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest information. The employee shall maintain a visual dashboard/display on the designated government-provided EMXG MS Teams channel and shall update at least once a week. The employee shall develop and maintain a dashboard that presents a comprehensive overview of EMXG Project status, reflecting standard key metrics. This dashboard will be provided to the government.
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that visually represents the overall timeline, progress and shall incorporate the project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Furthermore, the employee shall utilize the IMS to validate project status, establish milestones for progress monitoring, and schedule document reviews. The IMS shall be coordinated with and approved by the EMXG Engineering Supervisor prior to finalization and acceptance.
