Job Title: Project-Based Flooring Installer – Stadium Project

Location: San Diego-Petco Park Stadium

Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Flooring Installers to join our team for a large-scale stadium project. The role involves installing and removing various types of flooring materials according to project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation, removal, and replacement of flooring materials such as hardwood, vinyl, rubber, turf, and other surfaces used in stadium environments.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring surfaces are suitable for installation.
- Measure and fit flooring materials accurately based on blueprints or supervisor instructions.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively for flooring tasks.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.

- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and maintaining equipment.
- Report any on-site issues, hazards, or damages to the project supervisor immediately.

Qualifications:
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable and punctual

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $19.00
