If the app isn’t available, you can still learn how to reset Shark Robot Vacuum without app. First of all, locate the power switch on the device, turn it off, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it back on. For a full reset, hold the dock and clean buttons simultaneously until the vacuum’s indicator lights flash.
