ENROLLMENT SUPERVISOR (ERSEA) Head Start SALARY : $3,216 per month LOCATION : Lynnwood, Washington The ERSEA Supervisor is responsible for enrolling, maintaining full enrollment and establishing a viable wait list for program slots for low-income infants, toddlers and preschoolers in the Head Start, Early Head Start, and ECEAP program. The ERSEA Supervisor collects enrollment data and reports regularly to Management and to the Office of Head Start (OHS) for contract compliance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 60% Daily supervision and training of two full time ERSEA Assistants to the process and procedures for meeting federal guidelines in the areas of enrollment and health Establish work schedules and approve timesheets; consider requests for time off Ensure ERSEA Assistants have the skills and knowledge necessary for performing their job Direct the work of the Organizational Services Assistant in the areas of program eligibility, enrollment, and child attendance Provide backup coverage, either directly or with other ERSEA staff, to the front desk in the absence of Organizational Services Staff Other duties as assigned 20% Determine eligibility for families applying for Head Start, Early Head Start, and ECEAP Maintain a waitlist of eligible families for each site Fill empty enrollment slots on an ongoing basis, within 30 days of the slot coming open Other duties as assigned 10% Reporting Create and submit monthly enrollment and attendance reports Other duties as assigned 10% Recruiting Coordinate program representation at community events Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for recruiting families in all of our communities Oversee an annual budget for supplies and materials related to recruiting and enrollment Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION Salary range: Beginning salary is $3,216 per month for 40 hours per week, with incremental increases to $4,188 per month plus a full state benefits package, which includes tuition waivers for college classes, medical, dental, retirement options and more. Vacation and leave package includes 12 sick days per year, 11 scheduled holidays, 1 personal holiday, 2 personal leave days, and 14 vacation days per year (incremental increases to 24 vacation days per year).
