($21–$24/hr, Weekly Pay) San Jose Server Factory Hiring Assemblers**
Compensation & Benefits：
8-hour workday, including a 30-minute meal break and a 30-minute paid rest break. Hourly wage: $21–$24, overtime paid at 1.5x (overtime is voluntary).
Paid weekly, always on time. Three shifts are available: morning, afternoon, and evening. In most cases you can choose your preferred shift, but occasionally the supervisor may assign you to a shift that needs more people. All shifts are during daytime hours; the evening shift is not overnight and ends at 11:00 p.m.
Medical insurance. One free meal is provided if you work the evening shift, and one free meal is provided if you work on Saturday. Morning shift workers receive free bread for breakfast every day. The break room is stocked with free coffee, milk, cereal, etc.
Job Duties： Using tools to screw, assemble, and build servers (computers) and performing other production or assembly tasks as assigned by on-site supervisors.
Requirements
1. Basic Requirements
Legally authorized to work and pay taxes in the U.S.; age 18–50, all genders welcome.
For some positions, you must be able to lift 20–40 lbs as part of the job.
2. Qualifications
Previous experience in server (computer) assembly or production is a plus.
If you don’t have similar experience, you must be willing to learn, work hard, and stay positive — and you should take extra care when preparing your resume.
You must be able to communicate in everyday English.
