Regis Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious hotel in San Francisco.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met across all guest rooms and public areas
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Manage room assignments and ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Train, motivate, and provide feedback to housekeeping staff
- Coordinate the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address guest concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain housekeeping logs and reports
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Assist with the scheduling of shifts and staff management
- Support housekeeping department during peak times, ensuring smooth operations
Requirements:
- Recent experience supervising housekeeping teams in a hotel setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Availability to work 32–40 hours per week
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Pay: $32.00 per hour
