Charlestown WIC Program

WIC (Women, Infants & Children's Nutrition Program) and Nutrition - Our registered dietitian provides one-on-one counseling for adults, adolescents and children. We provide a nutrition assessment and educate our patients who have heart disease, diabetes, bypertension and weight issues. The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program provides nutrition counseling, referrals and food checks to income eligible prenatal women, post-partum women, infants and children up to age five. Fathers, guardians and foster parents are also welcome to apply for WIC services for children in their care.
