Class A CDL Truck Driver – Mira Loma to Vacaville

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL truck driver to transport empty can loads from Mira Loma to Vacaville. This is an over-the-road (OTR) position, not a local driving job. The schedule depends on assigned loads, and drivers must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Drivers must be willing to report to Mira Loma to start each shift. Due to the 11-hour driving limit, drivers must also be comfortable staying overnight and returning the following day when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Transport empty can loads between Mira Loma and Vacaville.

Operate a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission.

Follow applicable safety procedures and transportation regulations.

Meet assigned schedules and delivery requirements.

Maintain communication during trips and take proper care of the company truck.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Class A truck driving experience.

Minimum 2 years since receiving a valid Class A CDL.

Must be available 24/7, depending on assigned loads.

Must be able to travel to Mira Loma to start each shift.

Must be comfortable with overnight stays and returning the following day when required.

Must be comfortable with over-the-road, non-local driving.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Pay and Position Details

$600–$700 per round-trip load. The outbound and return trip count as one load.

Company gas card provided for the company truck only.

2018 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with a sleeper/cabin.

Automatic transmission.

Empty can loads.

1099 position — not W-2 employment.
