We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Requirements:
✅ Previous CSR experience
✅ ERP system experience **(Required)**
✅ Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency
✅ Sales environment experience
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Positive attitude & team player
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (English-only candidates welcome)
