Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual skills are a plus!). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles preferred. Comfortable using computer systems, CRM tools, and multi-tasking.
