Dialog CLUBHOUSE – West LA 1835 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025 Dialog CLUBHOUSE WEST LA is looking for a reliable, hardworking DISHWASHER to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This role is essential to our daily operations. We’re looking for someone who works quickly without sacrificing cleanliness, can multitask, and understands that a successful kitchen depends on a strong dishwasher. What You’ll Do * Dishwashing: Efficiently operate the commercial dish machine and three-compartment sink simultaneously. * Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift. * Organization: Properly organize and store clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and food containers. * Trash Removal: Regularly empty trash bins and maintain clean waste disposal areas. * Deep Cleaning: Perform scheduled deep cleaning of staff bathrooms and designated kitchen areas. * Multitasking: Balance dishwashing, cleaning, and organizational responsibilities during high-volume service. * Kitchen Support: Keep the dishwashing station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift. * Food Safety: Follow proper washing, rinsing, sanitizing, and chemical-handling procedures. What We’re Looking For * Previous dishwasher experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred. * Reliability and punctuality are a must. * Fast, efficient, and thorough with strong attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. * Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. * Team-oriented with good communication skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks. * Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
