Dishwasher and Preparation

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.

Keep the kitchen, dish area, and work areas clean and organized.

Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.

Prepare vegetables, sauces, rice, and other ingredients as needed.

Properly store and label food items.

Take out trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist cooks and kitchen staff with other tasks when needed.
