We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Retail Operations / Shipping Associate to assist with daily order fulfillment and shipping operations.

-Job Responsibilities

Repack and pull customer orders accurately.

-Willing to learn the following:

Generate and print shipping labels.

Prepare orders for shipment.

Send emails to customers regarding orders and shipping updates.

Perform basic data entry and computer tasks.

Maintain an organized and clean work area.

Assist with other retail operations duties as needed.

-Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Basic computer and math skills are required.

Ability to communicate professionally via email.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Previous warehouse shipping experience is a plus.
