Food Manufacturing/Meat Trimmer

Growing meat processing company in Commerce is hiring meat trimmers to join their team as soon as possible. Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm Must be open to working overtime and Saturdays as needed Duties include: Breaking down cuts of meat Weighing out final portions Using equipment such as slicers, scales, knives and grinders Fulfilling custom orders, such as cutting meat to customer specifications Sanitizing all surfaces and equipment Requirements: Must be able to work in a cold/freezer environment. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Count with recent trimming meat cutting skills (other knife skills welcome to train) Must have reliable transportation
