Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Outbound Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team.

This position is primarily responsible for outbound warehouse operations, including operating a forklift, preparing pallets, wrapping pallets, moving freight, and making sure orders are accurate and ready for pickup.

We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position and takes pride in doing their job correctly and on time.

Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Prepare and organize pallets for outbound shipments
Palletize and securely stretch-wrap freight
Move and stage outbound freight
Load and unload trailers and containers as needed
Lift and move packages weighing approximately 40–50 lbs
Verify quantities, labels, and shipment information
Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized
Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
Work efficiently to complete daily outbound shipments on time
Work cooperatively with other warehouse team members
Qualifications
Previous forklift experience required
Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
Ability to safely lift and move 40–50 lbs
Must be reliable and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Hardworking and responsible
Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Must be willing to perform physical warehouse work in addition to operating a forklift
Looking for a long-term, stable job
Important

This is not a forklift-only position.

The employee will be expected to perform regular outbound warehouse duties, including palletizing, stretch-wrapping pallets, moving 40–50 lb freight, loading/unloading, and other physical warehouse tasks.
