Positions:

Grave: 10:00pm-6:30am+ Mandatory overtime
Day: 6am-2:30pm + Mandatory Overtime

Duties
Availability to work weekends
availability to work overtime
Operate and monitor machinery including lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines to produce high-quality components.
Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Assemble components and fabricate parts using laser cutting techniques and welding as required.
Maintain equipment by conducting regular checks, troubleshooting issues, and performing basic maintenance.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Document production activities accurately, including any defects or issues encountered during operations.

Qualifications
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating machinery such as lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines.
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and techniques, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Experience in fabricating parts using welding techniques and laser cutting methods is preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous.
