Hiring: Truck Driver Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently.
Schedule loads and communicate pickup and delivery information.
Monitor driver locations and shipment progress.
Maintain regular communication with drivers and customers.
Resolve scheduling issues and respond to unexpected delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Keep accurate dispatch records and documentation.

Qualifications:
Previous dispatch or trucking industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills and experience with dispatch software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.

Shift:
Monday-Friday
6am-3pm
1 weekend a month on call
