HIRING for our Front Desk Team

Hotel Indigo Anaheim is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a great hospitality team, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude. Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism. Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, dining, transportation, and amenities. Process payments, deposits, room charges, and other transactions accurately. Answer telephone calls and assist with reservations when needed. Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel and IHG policies. Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management, and other departments. Monitor the lobby and front desk area to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Handle guest complaints and service recovery appropriately. Promote IHG One Rewards and other hotel services and amenities. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent guest service.
