Core Responsibilities
• Fabrication & Assembly: Measure, cut, score, fold, and glue materials to form custom cartons or assemble pre-cut blanks using hand tools, staplers, and automated machinery.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished boxes for structural defects, ensuring they meet exact client specifications and durability standards.
• Logistics & Prep: Tape boxes shut, apply appropriate shipping labels, and securely stack or bundle units for transit or storage.
• Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, clear production waste, and maintain a clean workstation.
Role Requirements
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift objects weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) depending on material type.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic hand tools, measuring devices, and automated packaging machinery.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management to meet daily production quotas, and effective communication skills to coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Experience: Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is highly preferred but frequently not required for entry-level execution
