2 Positions. Live-In Housekeeper/Care Assistant and Property Maintenance.

Location: Near Hollywood, California

Two positions available that may suit people applying together.

Housekeeper / Personal Care Assistant: Previous housekeeping experience required (6 days/week).

Property Maintenance Assistant: Some property maintenance or handyman experience preferred (1 day/week).

Live-in accommodation includes a private one-bedroom apartment. Competitive salary.

We are seeking a reliable, kind, and trustworthy live-in housekeeper/personal care assistant to assist in a private home. (6 days a week)

Plus a separate part-time property maintenance position (approximately 1 day per week).

Basic English is ok.

Housekeeper / Personal Care Duties

General housekeeping and cleaning
Laundry and ironing
Light meal preparation
Light assistance with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and other daily living activities as needed
General household support

Property Maintenance Duties

Light property repairs and maintenance
Yard and outdoor upkeep
Running occasional errands

General property maintenance
Hours

Housekeeper / Personal Care
Monday–Friday: 5 hours per day
Saturday: 3 hours
Total: 28 hours per week

Property Maintenance
Approximately one day per week (hours to be agreed)

Accommodation
Private one-bedroom apartment (shared with other person)

One parking space
Live-in accommodation provided
