We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused Shop Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, drive business growth, and maintain our high standards of service.

Position Overview
We need a bilingual, high-energy leader who can seamlessly bridge exceptional customer service with strong salesmanship. You will be the face of the shop—greeting customers, building long-term trust, writing estimates, and effectively communicating repair needs while closing service sales.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication: Welcome customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and explain diagnostic findings clearly and professionally.

Sales & Estimating: Generate accurate repair estimates, upsell preventative maintenance services, and drive daily shop sales targets.

Shop Workflow Management: Coordinate with our technicians to ensure efficient vehicle throughput, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow.

Administrative Duties: Handle phone inquiries, order parts, process invoices, and maintain organized records using our shop management systems.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven experience in automotive service writing, shop management, or automotive sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

Personality: Naturally friendly, approachable, and able to build instant rapport with diverse customers.

Sales Drive: Strong closing skills with a consultative approach to automotive repairs and maintenance.

Technical Literacy: Comfortable using digital diagnostic tablets, shop management software, and multi-line phone systems.

Bilingual Preferred: Strong English and Spanish communication skills are a major plus.
