Metal Painter – Manufacturing / Production

Job Description:

Monday- friday 4pm-12:30am with overtime available
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Painter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, painting, and finishing metal surfaces in a production or industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing debris.

Apply paint, primer, and protective coatings to metal parts and products.

Operate spray guns and other industrial painting equipment.

Ensure even paint coverage and a smooth, high-quality finish.

Inspect painted products for defects, uneven coating, or imperfections.

Mix and prepare paints according to specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures when handling paints, chemicals, and equipment.

Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in metal painting, industrial painting, or manufacturing preferred.

Experience using spray guns or industrial painting equipment.

Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team.
