NOW HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE / SHIPPING COORDINATOR Beyond Seating | Whittier, CA We are a furniture manufacturing company looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a part-time position. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer emails and follow up on orders and related issues.

• Enter and update customer orders in our system.

• Communicate with production regarding order status, special requests, and completion dates.

• Close orders and prepare customer invoices.

• Coordinate shipping arrangements with freight carriers.

• Prepare shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping documents.

• Assist with organizing and safely moving large boxes in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.

• Comfortable working with computers, emails, and order management systems.

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player.

• Willingness to ask questions and take initiative.

• Ability to safely move or push large boxes with appropriate equipment.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Position Details:

• Pay: $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience.

• Schedule: Part-time, 24–30 hours per week.

• Hours: Between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

• Location: Whittier, CA 90606.
