Position: Operations Lead Location: Colton , CA

Shift: Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30am or 8:00am to 4:30pm 3:30 PM. Overtime: Candidates must be open and available for overtime as needed.

Pay Rate: $22-24 DOE Position

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Outbound Operations Lead to direct our outbound fulfillment team. In this role, you will be the driving force on the warehouse floor, ensuring that all client orders are picked, packed, and shipped with zero errors and strict adherence to our daily deadlines. We are looking for a true "floor leader"— someone who does not manage from a desk, but actively guides the workflow, enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and holds the team accountable to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Direct Daily Workflow: Oversee the daily activities of the outbound fulfillment team, actively distributing volume and assigning tasks to ensure all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. • Enforce Process Integrity: Ensure the team strictly adheres to all established SOPs for picking, packing, and staging. Prevent corner-cutting and ensure processes are followed exactly as designed. • Quality Assurance & Auditing: Conduct active sweeps to verify inventory locations, audit outbound pallets for accuracy, and ensure zero mis-ships before orders leave the dock. • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot missing items and thoroughly investigate discrepancies before escalating them to the Inventory department. • Logistics Coordination: Review and verify driver services sheets, pick sheets, ensuring all outbound freight is handed off accurately and safely. • Floor Leadership: Maintain a constant, active presence on the warehouse floor to remove roadblocks, answer team questions, and prevent workflow bottlenecks. • Team Training & Coaching: Train staff on proper scanning procedures, WMS navigation, and safety protocols, fostering a culture of urgency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment. • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanner hardware. • A strong "Customer Success" mindset—understanding that our warehouse execution directly protects our clients' reputations. • Ability to troubleshoot on the fly and bring actionable solutions to management, rather than just reporting problems. • Exceptional attention to detail and a refusal to compromise on quality or process. • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently direct a team, enforce rules, and command respect on the floor.
