PART-TIME FIELD ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE – ORANGE COUNTY

Remodeling company is looking for an outgoing, professional, and motivated person to help us grow our apartment and property management client base throughout Orange County.

This is a part-time field position, approximately 4–5 hours per day, with additional bonuses for bringing in new accounts.

What you’ll do:

* Visit apartment communities and property management offices throughout Orange County
* Introduce Blackstone Remodeling and our services to Property Managers and Maintenance Managers
* Build relationships with property management teams
* Find out what is required to become an approved vendor
* Help complete and follow up on vendor onboarding opportunities
* Collect contact information for decision-makers
* Follow up with interested properties and management companies
* Keep track of properties visited, contacts, conversations, and next steps

We provide apartment communities with carpentry, repair, and maintenance services including door installation and repair, cabinet and wood repairs, fence installation and repair, finish carpentry, and other apartment maintenance projects.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Speaks excellent English
* Speaks fluent or conversational Spanish
* Is confident approaching and speaking with new people
* Has a professional appearance and communication style
* Is organized and reliable
* Has their own reliable vehicle and driver’s license
* Is comfortable working independently in the field
* Sales, property management, construction, or business development experience is a plus

Compensation:

* Part-time hourly pay
* Bonuses for new accounts that successfully onboard and begin working with us
