PATROL SECURITY OFFICER – FULL-TIME / PART-TIME Locations: Buena Park & Los Angeles, CA Position: Patrol Security Officer Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Available Shifts: • Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Afternoon/Evening: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Job Description We are seeking reliable and professional Patrol Security Officers to provide security services at multiple market/store locations throughout the Buena Park and Los Angeles areas. Patrol Officers will be responsible for conducting regular patrols of both the interior and exterior of assigned market stores, helping maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, vendors, and company property. Duties and Responsibilities • Patrol assigned market/store locations throughout the scheduled shift. • Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking lots, loading areas, and surrounding areas. • Travel between assigned market locations in the Buena Park and Los Angeles areas as required. • Maintain a visible security presence to help deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, disturbances, and unauthorized activity. • Observe and report suspicious persons, vehicles, activities, safety hazards, and security concerns. • Check designated areas and ensure doors, gates, and restricted areas are properly secured when required. • Respond appropriately to disturbances and security-related incidents. • Contact store management, supervisors, dispatch, or law enforcement when necessary. • Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports. • Maintain professional communication with store management, employees, customers, and security personnel. • Follow all post orders, company policies, safety procedures, and client instructions. Requirements • Valid California BSIS Guard Card. • Valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record. • Reliable transportation. • Ability to travel between assigned locations in Buena Park and Los Angeles. • Good communication and observation skills. • Professional appearance and conduct. • Ability to work independently and follow patrol schedules. • Availability for morning or afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. • Previous security, mobile patrol, retail, or grocery store security experience preferred.
