P&C Senior Sales Agent, Commercial Line (Bilingual in Chinese)

The P&C Commercial Line Senior Sales Agent is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector. This role requires a proactive, goal-driven professional with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of personal insurance products. The Sr Sales Agent will build and maintain client relationships, provide tailored risk management solutions, and contribute to revenue growth. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team to support business development for our Commercial Lines division. Major duties include actively generating new sales leads, presenting proposals to prospects and clients, closing sales, completing exposure analysis, providing proactive risk management advice, identifying carrier risk appetites, pursuing cross-sell opportunities, staying informed about marketplace developments, maintaining proper documentation, and attending training sessions. Basic qualifications include being bilingual in Chinese and English, having 6+ years of successful commercial insurance sales experience with active P&C license, experience placing commercial insurance policies for high-risk clients in E&S market, a bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong sales and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management System.
