Production Line Worker

Job Position: Production Line Worker Location: Waller, TX 77484 Pay Rate: $14.00 Shifts: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Position Summary: The Production Line Worker is responsible for operating and supporting manufacturing activities on the production line to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. This position follows food safety procedures, maintains production goals, and helps deliver high-quality finished products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate production line equipment and assist with daily manufacturing operations. Assemble, prepare, and package food products according to specifications. Place ingredients, toppings, or components accurately during production. Monitor product quality and remove damaged or defective items. Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Label, seal, and package finished products. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation procedures. Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment. Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production delays to supervisors. Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and safety. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, food production, or assembly line experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as required. Reliable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments if required. Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for most of the shift. Frequent hand and arm movements. Repetitive motions such as placing, packing, and inspecting products. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed. Work Environment: Fast-paced food manufacturing environment with production equipment, conveyor lines, and strict safety and sanitation requirements.
