We are seeking personable, efficient wait staff to attend to our patrons at our legacy family restaurant, Tuesday through Sunday, Full or Part Time available. Candidates should be interested in long‑term employment and eager to learn and grow with the company.
Experience is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of serving experience. Compensation based on minimum wage, plus certifications, and tips earned through excellent customer service.

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience working in a Mexican “mom and pop” restaurant.
Knowledge of Mexican food.
Food Handler or Manager Certification.
Proven experience working as a server.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to follow directions, work well in a team, and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities

Prepare tables, greet guests warmly, and seat customers.
Make menu recommendations.
Take orders for dine‑in, takeout, phone, and tablet platforms.
Deliver food and beverages and process payments accurately.
Maintain service areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
Package phone, takeout, and tablet orders.
Assist with mobile orders, sales, pop‑up and private events.
