Join the SIMOS Team! We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for a peak-season opportunity. Candidates must have at least 6 months of recent warehouse experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
Duties: Load and unload shipments, move and organize products, sort and scan orders, and perform general warehouse duties. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without powered equipment assistance.
FLEX Shift Requirements: Schedules may change based on port availability. Candidates must be available to work up to six days per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and last-minute mandatory overtime.
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or until work is completed
Mid Shift: 11:00 AM start time, subject to adjustment based on port availability
Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-12:00 AM or until work is completed
All shifts require flexibility to work up to six days per week, including Sundays and mandatory overtime.

Job Responsibilities
-Receive product, unload, sort, and palletize items daily in a fulfillment and production environment.
-Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
-Walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching consistently throughout the duration of the shift
-Attention to detail

-Good communication with other team members and leaders
-NON-CLIMATE-CONTROLLED WAREHOUSE - Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
-Working safely and promoting a clean environment
-Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
-Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
-Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
-Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $12.25 - $13.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
