📢 WE’RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team, oversee daily operations, and help keep everything running efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a strong team of leads and warehouse laborers. Train employees, assign roles and responsibilities, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable for their work.
Workload Management & Planning: Ensure all orders are completed by their scheduled ship dates, deliveries are received and sorted in a timely manner, and warehouse staging and setup are organized and efficient.
Labor & Personnel Management: Manage labor hours, staffing, and personnel to maximize productivity and maintain an efficient workflow.
Shipping Operations: Oversee shipping department operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Inventory Management: Help identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, missing products, and other inventory-related issues.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing labor, assigning tasks, and holding team members accountable.
Shipping and logistics experience is a strong plus.
Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancies is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
