We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support across a variety of channels. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a friendly, timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and friendly manner.
Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
Account Management: Help customers with account-related questions and updates, including billing and account status inquiries.
Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, offering solutions or escalating cases when necessary.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve the quality of service and report customer concerns to relevant teams.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and service requests in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Billing, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
