ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FOR PROSPECT MANAGEMENT Mission We are a community committed to preparing students to be educated and enlightened citizens who lead productive and meaningful lives. Assistant Director for Prospect Management works directly with Principal Relationship Development and Advancement Development to assure number and value of cultivated and solicited prospects in development officer portfolios are sufficient to meet Advancement goals and collaborates with other units to improve of the university's prospect pipeline. The Prospect Development Manager protects and informs the University of prospect opportunities and uses the moves management system to maintain and improve donor confidentiality, prospect strategy development, prospect tracking, moves management compliance and consulting, suspect identification, data quality, report validation, and SOP development and compliance • Optimize fundraising performance by working closely with development officers to prioritize prospect assignments, develop cultivation, solicitation and action plans for major gift and principal
