Job Title: CDL Warehouse Operator

Pay: Hourly -$20.00 - $22.00 an hour

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Savannah, GA

We are seeking a skilled CDL Warehouse Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL license and experience in warehouse operations. As a CDL Warehouse Operator, you will drive a yard jockey and forklift at our warehouse.

Responsibilities 80%

- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and yard jockey

- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques

- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory checks

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations

Responsibilities 20%

-Move containers in and out of dock doors.

-Move chassis & containers on the yard.

Requirements:

- Valid CDL license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
