Wellness Center Clinic - RN

Residences at Vantage Point, a luxury senior living community located in Columbia MD seeks a strong RN with exceptional clinic skills to manage our Wellness Center Clinic. This position includes assessing residents, coordinating appointments with doctors, and developing and implementing Wellness Programs and events/education for the community. The ideal candidate will have duties including responding to in-house calls during the day; three-day follow up visits to residents returning home from the hospital or Health Center and assist Social Worker by being an advocate for residents currently in the hospital. The RN will be expected to coordinate and lead weekly case management meetings to discuss the status, needs and progress of Independent Living Residents and recommend necessary interventions with the clinical team. Vantage Point requires a hospitality minded individual with supervisory exp. and good oral; written communication & possess proficient computer skills is preferred.
