Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Truck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safety. As a Truck Driver with Walorz Trucking Inc, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck and deliver goods to assigned locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and fuel consumption
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Handle freight with care and ensure proper loading and unloading
Requirements:
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Proven experience as a truck driver
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with long-haul trucking
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems
- Previous experience in a similar role
